We have grown significantly over the past 15 years which means we are now able to offer a wider product range and offer a better all-round service to our clients tailored to tighter budgets.
Due to the size and type of project, we have been, and are currently engaged on, we have recently added further product lines and increased staff levels in order to offer a more comprehensive on site service on large projects.

The products we are now able to offer include :-

• All Schuco products including SG externally frameless curtain wall and consealed vents
• All Technal products including the SSG frameless and new MX toggle system.
• All Comar products including the thermal shopfront framing system (much more cost effective than curtain wall for thermally efficient low rise framing), tilt and slide thermal vertical slider (these can be tilted into the building for ease of cleaning without the need for external access), and Duco60 solarshading products, louvres and Brise Soleil.
• All Metal Technology products, a full suite of window, thermal framing and curtain wall systems from Northern Ireland
• Scandinavian Architectural Systems high performance thermal systems form Scandinavia, frames with 'U' values as low as 1.8 are easily possible. Also 30min fire rated aluminium framing and doors are available.
• Our own Vulcan IK low rise high performance curtain wall, roofing and door system. This includes specific sections within the range for incorporating powered swing and slide systems (no more doubling up framing and adding infill panels etc.
• Sapabuild dualfold, folding sliding doors, these are now made in house and are available for viewing at our Clough Road showroom in Hull. Sizes up to 7m wide are available with multiple opening and folding leaves. These are approx 15% cheaper than the most common equivalent systems supplied by our nearest competitors or available on line. Such doors are proving very popular in both the domestic and leisure markets.
• Trespa rain screen cladding with visible, bonded or rail fix details. The supply and installation of trespa is complete with all mounting bracketry and available in a range of standard colours and finishes.
• Internal and external stainless steel and glass balustrade systems, sliding glass partitions and structural glass. Systems available are the pro railing and Q-railing stainless products and the ASD elegance free standing glass barrier system.
• Armour plate glass doors with either patch or rail fittings
• Wall glass structural glass screens in both double and single glaze formats.
• Synseal Shield and Synergy uPVC product lines tailored for both commercial and residential applications.

Due to recent investment in both machinery and specialized labour we are now capable of producing all our own pressed metal work and flashing in aluminium, light gauge steel and plastisol. Historically the supply of such items as part of our glazing projects has been identified as a time risk in procurement, due to extended lead in periods from manufacturers and the splitting of the powder coating process between frame material and pressings. By the acquisition of a 3m guillotine, drop blade bender and welding equipment, we are now able to produce all formed sheet products in house.
We have just recently completed the very complex curved aluminium gutter and fascia package to the new very prestigious Hull History Centre. Formed metal elements have to accurately follow the lines of curved gluelam beams and an inflated roof structure. The Architect only had a conceptual idea of what was required and we both designed and installed a workable solution that exactly matched his requirements.

To the best of our knowledge we have the largest range of products offered by any Commercial Glazing company in the Northeast. Our installation coverage extends nationwide, having successfully carried out contracts as far north as the Isle of Barra in the outer Hebrides down to Plymouth in the south of England.
We are now able to offer better prices and shorter lead in periods on standard products such basic curtain wall and doors. Standard shopfront framing and doors can be turned around inside 10 working days of order.

Our project list covers glazing works to all sectors of construction, we have extensive experience in both large scale refurbishment and new build projects in Housing, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Hotels, Retail and Industrial projects, acting as both Subcontractor to construction companies and as Main contractor to Local Authorities. We can easily accommodate glazing projects in excess of £1m.

All our on site employees are CSCS carded, All fitters have passed Pasma (tower scaffold), Working at height (restraint & fall arrest), and (IPAF) powered access courses.
We are registered with CHAS and have an in house IOSH registered Health & Safety advisor who is directly involved with the preparation of project specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments.

When involved with D & B projects or working with Architects an direct for clients, we are able to offer design advice on glazing integration, interfaces, DDA compliance, Thermal and structural assessments, Heat gain information and advice and system specification advice and NBS copy. In may cases simply by reviewing the areas and types of glass in building we are able to facilitate reviews of the M&E packages by significant reductions in solar gain and heat loss.

Our after sales service is second to none, with a dedicated service team dealing with maintenance and remedial issues and any of the product lines we currently supply. We are distributers of Axim parts, such as door closers & locks etc. We also carry extensive stock of Adams rite locks, electric strikes etc. (Anything we do not carry can normally be acquired within 24 hrs).
